Daily Staff Training — 5S Management

Aspirature is a packaging company with its own in-house factory. Staff management and training are essential. Every month, Aspirature's production department drafts detailed and specific plans, holds regular meetings, and adjusts the plan in line with actual progress so the plan genuinely guides and drives work. On 1 July 2024, the production department received daily 5S management training. A safe and comfortable work environment inspires team spirit, improves product quality, lowers production costs, and elevates the corporate image.
